We are primarily a hardware development/manufacturing company.  Although we "dabble" in software, it extends only to develop libraries to make your development easier.  We do not develop, nor can we help with the use of public libraries that may or may not support various devices used in the modules we manufacture; you will need to experiment with them as we have to, to provide examples.  To sum up we answer questions relating to hardware and our libraries.  We expect our customers to be proficient enough with the Arduino environment to work through issues with public Arduino libraries with the help of the Arduino community.
